Away from NYC, I had to drive 4 hours to get to the dealership to find out that the car I had reserved was sold to another client [time to upgrade from Excel!]. However, Victor was able to take the time to listen to my needs and to find an even better alternative among the new inventory they were getting. I trusted Victor and purchased the car without seeing it. It ended up being a beautiful CPO and I'm very satisfied.
