Good experience at Indy Auto Man I found the very rare and specific Saab SUV that I'd been searching for for a great price. They were friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. The vehicle was in very good condition, had low mileage, and was priced well. There were a couple of minor repairs that they agreed to complete prior to the purchase. The only suggestion that I could give would be for them to do a little more minor maintenance to their vehicles. I immediately had to replace the battery (tested as bad 1 day after purchase) and the air filter (air filter was the dirtiest I have ever seen an air filter in my life). Other than these issues, and after 5 days, I am still very pleased with the purchase. More

Instead of pushing me into to the car they wanted to sell they told me about all the different benefits I would get out of the different vehicles availible , and let me make up my own mind. Now beware , most of the time when you buy a used car you won't know what's wrong with it until you take it for an oil change and the service shop tells you it needs 5000 dollars worth of service. Well belive it or not I needed nothing more than a cabin air filter. I will never buy a luxury car anywhere else !!! More

Between Rob and Victor, I was treated with dignity and respect; and I'm not always the easiest to get along with. I had to get some work done that revealed that I had a bad battery. Victor went above and beyond and arranged for me to get a replacement battery at a VERY SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS from Autozone on Rangeley Rd. Brian was more than professional and helpful. He worked to get the price down to the agreed upon price and installed the battery at no additional charge. That sort of service warrants driving the additional distance.
