The transaction had no stress involved because of how friendly and patient everyone was there and the atmosphere was just so relaxed but extremely professional! In fact it was such a great and pleasant experience for us that a couple days later that same week I went back to buy another car for my other son (BMW) which was just as pleasant of an experience! The people that helped us were very patient with us and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had and were just absolutely Magnificent! In early August, We stopped into Indy Auto Man to see a car we'd seen advertised on cars.com and thought the dealer was open, but it was actually a few minutes past closing and only one employee was there. car we'd seen advertised on cars.com and thought the dealer was open, but it was actually a few minutes past closing and only one employee was there. But he was very courteous and let us test-drive the car we wanted to see. He told us we'd have to call in the next day about pricing and such but we really appreciated driving it because the dealership is quite a distance from our home. We ultimately bought the car, a 2009 Subaru Forester, on 8/10/13, and VIctor has been awesome to deal with. There were a few problems with the car, like it only had one key, and he has taken care of ALL of them and been more than fair with us. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I admit I was a little skeptical at first, it's not your typical Carmel car dealership, but it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had with a dealer. More
