Surprise find at Indy Auto Man! We were in the market for a luxury vehicle, preferably European, and preferably a BMW used, but in good condition. On a rainy day and after reviewing We were in the market for a luxury vehicle, preferably European, and preferably a BMW used, but in good condition. On a rainy day and after reviewing a few of our options, we were almost going to continue our search elsewhere, but then we came across a gem of a Lexus, in beautiful condition, full of options. This car checked all of the boxes of options we were looking for, but we had not considered a Lexus before. Glad we took the time to take a test drive! After thinking things through that night, we got a call from Devon at Indy Auto Man in the morning and spoke with his director of sales, Victor, as well. These two convinced us that making the trip back to Indy Auto Man would be worth our time and money. We purchased the car, have made a new friend, and are very happy with our choice. More

More than great customer service, I loved that the dealership is clean, and well maintained. We needed a dealer like this one on the South Side of Indy. Devon was great from the beginning! He answered all my questions and was extremely patient with us and our decisions. Joel, the finance manager was very personable as well and explained my contract and benefits real thorough so that I understood it all. We stayed passed closing time and they still gave us the same quality service as if we were still within business hours. My wife and I saw a Prius on line listed at Indy Auto Man. Even though it was a rainy Thursday, she was off school and we needed a car, so off to 4031 S. East Street. We were greeted by Dmitry and explained that we wanted to look at a Prius. He said he had three of them, "which one were you interested in?" " I guess all three". He smiled and invited us to have a cup of coffee while he got the keys and plates. Dmitry stood by our side in a steady downpour while we poked around inspecting and eventually driving the cars. He never complained or looked put out answering all of our questions and telling us things we would never have thought of. We picked a car, made and offer and within 2 minutes a handshake from the owner Victor saying we had a deal. Please stop in here if you need a car and hate the thought of shopping. You will be pleased, we were. Thank You gentlemen, keep up the good work. More
