Professional dealership integrity This was probably the most positive experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. We live 2½ hours from this dealership, and fou This was probably the most positive experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. We live 2½ hours from this dealership, and found them on-line while searching for a nice car at the best price around. Three guys stayed after hours that night to make the transaction possible so we wouldn't have to come back the next day. Sadly, we had a few issues with the vehicle, but these guys went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help us. In fact, I would say they went beyond what was their responsibility to satisfy us. We now own a beautiful LEXUS RX350 and could not be happier! All the guys were great, but because of our situation, we ended up working with Victor the most and he literally spent several hours with us. Can't say enough good about these guys and will definitely go back when we need to buy again. More

Time well spent and informative I've always liked the look of the Audi A5 so I decided to check one out. I'm not in a position to buy a brand-new one, so I stopped by Indy Automan t I've always liked the look of the Audi A5 so I decided to check one out. I'm not in a position to buy a brand-new one, so I stopped by Indy Automan to look at one that was a few years old. The sales associate that I worked with (Todd) provided me with a lot of information and he asked me questions which allowed me to really "think through" as to whether or not the A5 (two-door coupe) would be a practical vehicle for me? I don't have any children but as I continued to talk with Todd I told him that "I do have clients who ride with me on occasion." I came to the realization that it wouldn't be the best vehicle when I'm working with clients. I'm happy I took the time to drive the A5 because I fell in love with Audi when I did. Now I'm in the market for a (used) Audi A6 or A8 thanks to my experience with Todd and Indy Auto Man! Thanks for the info and for not trying to "sell /push me" on making an emotional purchase. I look forward to purchasing a A6 or A8 from Todd and Indy Auto Man in the very near future. They definitely provided me with a great experience. More
