I would NOT recommend Hollywood Kia to anyone.
I purchased a 2024 Kia Soul from them, and since early on, the vehicle has had serious safety issues, including stalling at red lights. That alone

On top of that, I’ve experienced:
A/C going in and out
Horn not working
Loose components under the hood
Poor and careless service
My vehicle was also damaged while in their care, and they denied responsibility even though I reported it immediately.
I’ve contacted Kia America multiple times, and even they have struggled to get proper responses from this dealership. Communication has been extremely poor throughout this entire process.
Instead of fixing the problem, they offered a cash settlement that is honestly a joke, while expecting me to keep an unsafe vehicle and continue making payments.
That is completely unacceptable.
I do not feel safe driving this vehicle, and I have zero trust in this dealership.
Avoid this place.

However, your message feels like a generic apology and does not address the serious safety issues I have repeatedly reported.
This vehicle has been unsafe to drive since the first week (around 300 miles), including stalling and loss of power. These are not minor concerns they are dangerous and put my safety at risk.
I have already provided evidence and documentation of these issues, yet responsibility continues to be denied.
At this point, I am asking for a clear answer:
What is your plan to resolve this unsafe vehicle situation?
I no longer feel safe driving this car and do not have confidence in continued repairs. I am seeking a proper resolution, not another general response.

Even now I don’t know when or how I will receive my deposit back because I never received any confirmation or signed off on anything. It is disorganized, and not very efficient. Every experience I have with service, either it takes longer than expected or I have to come back because they either don’t have the part or can’t finish the work.
