I waited 4 hours for 2 recalls to be done, but after all
that time only one was. I asked for a rental car, and had to pay $50 deposit, and when I came back the next day I couldn’t find anyone that would tak

One person said I had to drop it off at an enterprise, and another one said someone would come there. Even now I don’t know when or how I will receive my deposit back because I never received any confirmation or signed off on anything. It is disorganized, and not very efficient. Every experience I have with service, either it takes longer than expected or I have to come back because they either don’t have the part or can’t finish the work.

I mean it was okay but I would like better service. I even had to ask them to wash the car cuz they had turned off the water and they had put it back on but forgot to wash the car.
