In the last month, I have been in Just picked up my 2017 BMW X5......and I NEEDED to let the world know what a fantastic experience I had at Sullivan. In the last month, I have been in about a dozen dealerships. Almost all of them caused me pain beyond pain. It was either the trade-in process...or the price negotiation of either a new/used vehicle (wasn't sure what I wanted)....or there was simply a salesperson that had no clue what they were doing. Most of these dealerships were filthy....which says something to me about service/professionalism. At Sullivan, I was greeted by a salesman named Victor Melendez and decided on the spot that I was going to buy a vehicle from him. I wasn't sure what vehicle, but I knew this family owned/run dealership was the only way to go. After a few test drives (yeah I was all over the place in terms of what I wanted), we had a "discussion" on a particular vehicle. Honestly, it was very fair & actually enjoyable. I want to say this about Victor as well....he is INCREDIBLY responsive and professional. I have no clue what days/nights he works, because he always answered my questions quickly and accurately. Also, Victor arranged to have my car "customized"....and even that went beyond well when it could've gone badly. I am a super happy customer....AMAZING experience.....BEAUTIFUL car.....FAIR price. I want to say "thank you" to both Sullivan (and Victor!)!!! I will be back for sure. More

Don't be too quick to accept the trade-in allowance. I definitely like this dealership. I've bought at least six cars here going back to when this location was Sullivan Pontiac. The advice I would give a shopper (something I regret not doing), is, if you're trading in a clean and/or low mileage car, after you have your buy offer, which includes the allowance on your trade-in, tell him you'll be back after you check with CarMax to see how much they'll give you for your old car. If I had done so, I'm guessing that I would have done better than the $4,500 allowance on my trade-in, because they put my trade-in on their used car lot for $9,800. More

Victor (my salesman) seems as though he can adjust very well with any age group that may come in the door to buy a car which is a HUGE advantage for Sullivan. My wife and I really liked Victor. He knows about the vehicles he sells and we came to a negotiating price unusually fast compared to a lot of purchases I've done in other dealerships. We wish Victor well.
