It’s worth mentioning that I had been searching for a second vehicle for over a month and visited several local dealerships along the way. I also had my personal mechanic inspect multiple vehicles I was seriously considering. For me, those inspection results would ultimately determine both my purchase decision and any potential negotiation. That said, I worked with Shelly Barr as my salesperson, and she was wonderful throughout the entire process, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely easy to work with too. Shelly and Finance Manager Mike Audino took the time to put together a financing package that worked for me and made the buying process far less stressful than I expected. One thing I especially appreciated was that they had no issue with me having the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic before moving forward. When a few minor issues were identified, they agreed to address the repairs and stood behind the vehicle. They even provided me with a loaner car while the work was being completed, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. This was my first time buying a used car and nearly a decade since I had stepped into a dealership, so I definitely felt some anxiety and a bit of overwhelm. However, I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt that they genuinely wanted me to be comfortable and confident in my purchase. They followed through on everything they promised and made good on the deal. I’m very happy with my Toyota Avalon and grateful for the professionalism and customer service I received. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and honest car-buying experience. One final thought: the salesperson really does make all the difference. If you’re shopping here, ask for Shelly. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, she is genuinely kind, caring and sincere and that made all the difference throughout my experience. More

After visiting four dealerships and talking to numerous sales representatives my wife and I left with a bad experience buying a new car, but that all changed when we visited Arlington Heights Buick from th sales representatives my wife and I left with a bad experience buying a new car, but that all changed when we visited Arlington Heights Buick from the moment we entered their front door we expected the same result we had received from the other dealerships we had visited, But that all changed the moment we were welcomed by sales representative Cesar Martinez he introduced himself and said he would be happy to answer any questions his demeanor and attitude put us at ease and then proceeded to show us the Buick model we were interested in, Cesar not only showed us one car but five different colors, and each time he would go out to the car lot bring in a car and then take it out and bring in another until we were satisfied with the exact color exterior and interior The had the patients of a saint ! Then came negotiations we discussed pricing and just when we were close and could not decide he called in General Sales Manager Michael Audino who also was very patient and Professional no pressure no take or leave statement but offered us more incentives and best of all lowered the price ! The Deal was completed with his Help . Then on to Finance department and again a pleasant person with Nicollet the finance person . I entered this dealership a stranger and came away feeling like a member of their Family ! Thank you all for a wonderful and pleasant car buying experience!!!!! More
