Great customer service from Mike Arriving from out of town, late on a stormy afternoon to review a pre-owned vehicle, Mike brought the vehicle inside from the storm for me to look ov Arriving from out of town, late on a stormy afternoon to review a pre-owned vehicle, Mike brought the vehicle inside from the storm for me to look over, then take it out for a test drive. I had one question, Mike insisted, although (to me) it was getting late, the vehicle had to be on the rack. Mike then brought in his support team to answer my question. We worked through the financing with Mike and Shelley? was patient with my security conscious bank's debit card. Since it was late with part of a Texas hurricane in town, I did appreciate they let me leave the vehicle inside over night. The next morning Louis helped me return my rental car, and I had a very pleasant 400 mile trip home in my new vehicle. More
