I searched for a used vehicle and found that Sport Mazda I searched for a used vehicle and found that Sport Mazda had a match for our criteria. The following morning Victor replied and answered my questions and extended the option to come in and take a look at the vehicle. I have a very busy schedule and did not have a chance to reply right away. Two days went by and Victor followed up with a courtesy email letting me know that he was there to assist when ready. I was in the middle of responding late this evening via email and received a phone call from Lenny. Lenny was just as friendly and helpful as Victor. I set an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at the dealer met both Victor and Lenny they were very professional and wanted to insure my needs were met. I took the car for a test drive and decided to negotiate a price that we both could agree on. I have very little patience with dealer experiences from the past but this one was a breath of fresh air. I explained what I was looking for within reason and the negotiation was brief and to the point reaching immediate closure of the deal. They detailed the car while I completed the paperwork. I drove roughly 100 miles to make this transaction and the total time from when I pulled in and then out was 2 1/2 hours. In the past I have waited for hours and in the long run ended up not making a deal and wasting countless hours at other dealers. This was the complete opposite. I would highly encourage anyone considering using this dealer for a purchase to move forward. I want to thank both Victor and Lenny for this streamlined purchase they were great to work with. Oh and by the way during the test drive I found out that Victor was actually on vacation when responding to my questions. That is what I call quality customer service. Glad to know we still have companies out there that actually care about the customer needs and the ability to execute. More

He was f I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda i3 Touring model. Victor Ortiz was my salesman and I was extremely happy with doing business with Victor. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. He helped me find the car I wanted to buy, not the car he wanted to sell me. He was patient with me as I decided on what features I wanted in the car. I was divided in whether I wanted an automatic or manual transmission so we ended up going on a fairly comprehensive test drive in both models. He was easy to talk with and a very personable guy. Victor helped me all of the way through the process but I would also like to say that everyone elese I had spoken with or dealt with at the dealership were genuinely friendly as well. From the sales manager to the finance manager the positive attitude was all the same. I would definately recommend Victor and Sport Mazda to anyone looking for a Mazda car. The dealership is a small family owned dealership not on of the big mega dealerships. Despite it's small size they carried a very good inventory and had exactly what I wanted and Victor got me a price that was more than satisfactory. It was a great deal. Thanks, Mike More

All things considered, our experience at Sport was outstanding. Showed up to look at and possibly purchase one of a couple of cars they had available. Left there with a 2012 MazdaSpeed3 that my daughter is thrilled to drive. The staff, and dealing with them was pleasant and reasonably free of stress. This is the second vehicle purchase from Sport and we will certainly give them an opportunity when purchasing our next vehicle. I must say lastly that Victor was clearly the best. Had met him the weekend before while researching a different car for my wife decided then that he was a guy we could work with on any car. More
