My husband and I bought a 2020 Blazer. Both Ryan and Victor were professional, direct, and really listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Victor even went to another location to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. During the finance process, Ryan thoroughly explained all details and warranty options. We were at the dealer for about 3-4 hours. Which is usually expected but the way they treated us made it a lot easier. Our salesman Victor Riley was upfront and very easy to talk to. Two thumbs up for Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook. We came in late last night to trade in 2 vehicles and to purchase a Chevy Traverse. Our experience was amazing with Victor Riley in sales and Ryan Sitte came in late last night to trade in 2 vehicles and to purchase a Chevy Traverse. Relaxed, fast financing and great value. When I decided that a Chevy Impala was the vehicle for me; I visited Advantage and my thought process was; they better not try and scam me as I knew m When I decided that a Chevy Impala was the vehicle for me; I visited Advantage and my thought process was; they better not try and scam me as I knew much about the pricing and trim levels. Well, once I was introduced to our salesman Victor, it was minutes and I was test driving the vehicle I picked out. It was in-stock! Upon arrival, I spent 25 minutes in Finance and boom, like that a deal was consummated.
