Every time I go in for service I have to have them add another note to my account. First it was don’t move my seat. There is no reason for an oil change and tire rotation they should need to move your seat or turn off your headlights. I went to Budd Baer instead of the Subaru dealership 20 minutes closer to my home because I was told by several people Budd Baer had the best customer service. I haven’t experienced that yet, including when I bought my vehicle. Very disappointed. More
