Our requests for what work we wanted down were accurately followed. Victoria was very clear when we arrived exactly how they would handle our work, including some potential costs. Being the first time at the Subaru service, this was really helpful to know in advance. Upon arriving, she went over the bill and let us know why something did not needed addressed but to certainly let her know if we ever had any issues with the car. The car was ready as promised. Victoria was very charming and professional. Oh, when I booked the appointment she repeated twice if I would need picked up coming to or from the service. I LOVED the verification email and the reminders, including if we need transportation. This was a very positive experience! More
