The car buying experience was quick and painless. We got a certified used Ascent for a comparable price. However, upon pickup, there was a piece of trim flapping loose above the wheel well. The salesman apologized and had it glued in place. The windshield wipers were broken and needed replaced within the next few weeks. Upon getting the tires rotated at 5000 miles, the car was out of alignment and the tires were worn to the wire on the inside. I think all of these issues should have been addressed in the factory certification. I do not blame Budd Baer specifically. I know it is hard to find good workers, but in order for me to sing their praises, I would like to have confidence in the work they put their name on. This specific time, we had the car at the service center to address the alignment and to replace an oil pan seal that was leaking. The communication was prompt, and we are hoping they did a good job with the alignment, so we can get proper usage of the new tires. More

Whereas I was very disappointed in my 2018 Subaru, with only 50,000 miles on it, needing several different repairs done, including one that required Budd Baer to pull the entire engine out of my car, I was only 50,000 miles on it, needing several different repairs done, including one that required Budd Baer to pull the entire engine out of my car, I was VERY satisfied with the treatment I received from Budd Baer and Victoria. She fulfilled every request I made including loaners for both times my car was in their shop. She fit me in with very short notice. We actually were 30 minutes from home, with out Pittsburgh home closed up and our Subaru packed and headed for Florida, when we heard an unusual noise coming from the front end. We had to turn around and head back home. She fit us in almost immediately, and kept me apprised of the progress, or any problems. More
