Good morning, I am sorry for the delays you experienced during your service visit. Depending on volume, it is possible that the quick service can be delayed. We understand that your time is valuable. I will definitely be bringing it up to my team that communication is everything and setting the correct expectation is most important. The time of appointment is your check-in time and it's my apologies that this was not clarified at the time of write up. Please contact me at your convenience to discuss further and hopefully we can repair the relationship. David Marti Jr Service Manager 281.897.6641 dmarti@group1auto.com
