Alex from purchasing with the 100% bait and switch. They quoted me $37,800 to buy my vehicle. They confirmed the condition perfectly matched the quote, then offered $2,300 less. The sales team is great service has a little to be desired. I recently made a mistake and put def in my diesel tank and called the service department at Group 1. Told him I had driven home and would he have a wrecker pick it up for removing fuel from tank and check for damage. It was determined that the fuel system needed to be replaced because of contamination, o accepted the estimate but communication was at best poor! I felt even though it was the holidays ( 12-23 — 1-6 ) the length of time was long. More

I was there with an appointment at 7:30am for a rotation and oil change they just add a filter change. I was told 2 hours max. It was 4 hours that I need to wait for my car to be ready, needed to cancel wor and oil change they just add a filter change. I was told 2 hours max.
