**EDITED TO ADD*** They made it right by fixing the scratches that had been caused. I will continue to get my oil changes here. Don't go here. The service they provide is mediocre and your vehicle scratches that had been caused. I will continue to get my oil changes here. Don't go here. The service they provide is mediocre and your vehicle gets taken home without your permission. Then you have to hunt it down to get it back. Not at all worth the headache to get something fixed. Then you get your vehicle back covered in scratches because the mechanic took it home and his dog jumped all over it. Oh and he also drove it an hour and a half away from the shop to go shopping with his family and made you come meet to pick it up. Shameful. Absolutely shameful. They didn't even give me a loaner vehicle while they had my truck for a month and I have 5 kids! Then just expected me to figure out how to get transportation to come get it from somewhere it shouldn't have been. Never again. More

Worse dealership I’ve ever been to. Service manager was very in professional and then wouldn’t give me my truck , he said he had to get paid from the warranty company first which is a l Service manager was very in professional and then wouldn’t give me my truck , he said he had to get paid from the warranty company first which is a lie , the next day they call me and say they’ll release it . The price also jumped up a few hundred and when I questioned it then it somehow was reduced . Very unorganized and waited over a week for a job that they said would take 1 day . More
