I visited Orange Buick GMC to get an oil change and tire rotation while visiting my son from out of town. Working with Ms. Sanchez was pleasant however after taking receipt of my vehicle I noticed that the rotation while visiting my son from out of town. Working with Ms. Sanchez was pleasant however after taking receipt of my vehicle I noticed that the ride was different. After checking the info dash it showed that my tires were over inflated to 42, 41, 40, and 41 psi's and the oil change life had not been reset. I had to find a Tire store to have them deflate my tires to my normal 35 psi for all tires. Over inflated tires could have placed me in a situation to have a blowout driving 4 hours back home. More

I like that the job got done, and we were able to use Lyft free of charge. Here’s what I didnt like: -The service rep had no record of our appointment. -The service rep said they didn’t have record o Lyft free of charge. Here’s what I didnt like: -The service rep had no record of our appointment. -The service rep said they didn’t have record of our request for trailer system diagnostic, so it wasn’t done. -The recall took an additional day to complete. -The service rep was unresponsive. They would promise a returned call or text, then not follow through. I sent follow up texts and never received responses. -The service rep was unable to be reached by phone at times. Overall we’re happy that we got 3 out of 4 repairs completed. But the experience was terrible, and careless. The only reason why I’m giving additional stars is because of your shuttle service/lyft. I honestly don’t think anything will come of this review since the culture at this repair center is unprofessional. Unfortunately, my recall had to be done at a GMC service center. More

amazing service. Had taken my new 2500 to another dealer three different times and they didn't want to even listen to what was going on. Orange Buick went above and beyond, listened to the issues and immediately took care of it. Even better I had my truck back the same day. I will be back thats for sure! More

Experience was just fine, GMC supplied the rental vehicle, while my 2023 Canyon was being serviced. There was some confusion about the length of time it would take to service my vehicle.
