Not only was Viet extremely genuine, he was also a true professional. I have been a loyal Volvo customer for several years. The more time I spent talking with Viet the more inclined I became to purchasing a Toyota. Viet’s experience, knowledge, transparency, authenticity is far more superior to that of other salesmen that I encountered at other dealerships. Viet’s approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework shopping around, I knew the deal that I wanted to complete and that worked for me.
