I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Braintree Toyota. I give this dealership 5 stars! More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Viet Vu. Not only was Viet extremely genuine, he was also a true professional. I have been a loyal Volvo customer for several years. The more time I spent talking with Viet the more inclined I became to purchasing a Toyota. Viet’s experience, knowledge, transparency, authenticity is far more superior to that of other salesmen that I encountered at other dealerships. Viet’s approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework shopping around, I knew the deal that I wanted to complete and that worked for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Viet and the team. Everyone (Viet, Freddie, Eric, Phil) found a way to make it work for me — especially Viet. Thank you for allowing me to leave your dealership with my dignity still in tact. To the leadership team: your customer centric focus is exemplary. Hire more sales team members like Viet. Unbelievable Service I am so impressed with Viet Vu and Toyota of Braintree. My husband and I had previously purchased new cars from Toyota of Braintree (Highlander and Prius Prime) so when we needed a used car for my daughter, I returned. I am so glad that I did. David Tufankian, the owner, introduced me to Viet Vu and so I knew I was in good hands. Viet was terrific. He took the time to understand my needs and was very honest about the pros and cons of different options. Over the top vip I started the process of buying out my lease back in october, no contact for a month I tried again. Then almost another month passes and I get brushed I started the process of buying out my lease back in october, no contact for a month I tried again. Then almost another month passes and I get brushed off weekly. With my lease ending on December 3rd I ran out of time to just wait. I walked into toyota of braintree frustrated and stressed. Within 5 mins my stress and frustrations were gone. Fred the sales manager walked me through all my options on what was going to get me the most affordable deal. He made sure I had a top salesman Viet help me choose my new to me 2017 corolla. When all was said and done Phil the business manager helped me get my financing taken care off and got me my lowest possible payment.
