My wife and I had been thinking about a new RAV4, and after the negotiations were made on the vehicle we were buying and a trade-in value on our Camry was settled on, our new RAV4 XLE was delivered as scheduled the following day, with 4 miles on the odometer. I couldn’t be happier with how Jim, Viktor, Eric, and Danny worked with me over the course of two days. The folks at Toyota Of Cool Springs know how to make things run smoothly, and this was the second time I’ve bought a new car here, so I can truly say they have earned my respect and repeat business.
