Hey Arnold Caroline is the cream of the top! My wife and I spoke with her via phone before we came in the next morning, she took the time to bring up the trucks Caroline is the cream of the top! My wife and I spoke with her via phone before we came in the next morning, she took the time to bring up the trucks and explain everything to us the difference between a sport and a off road both. Then we weren't sure what color we liked the best, she took the time to walk with us on the lot and show us every color they had available, we picked a white Tacoma Off Road. As we were waiting for finance she showed us the Corolla in the showroom and explained about the Toyota safety features, so we brought my mother in and BOYYYYYY did she fall in love with not only Caroline but with the car itself. It's too bad she isn't listed on here, but go see Caroline she's the best one! Plus Viktor in finance is absolutely wonderful! More

I am always nervous and really don't want to see really nice vehicles because I will want them and may not be able to afford them. Mikey took us and made us feel relaxed and no so stressed. Then we sat with Viktor to see if we could afford it and WE COULD!!!!! Our payments were not initially where we really felt comfortable but guess what???? Koons Annapolis did not stop trying for us... do you know they called us like a day or two later and told us to come back in because are payment will be lowered by approx. $100. We couldn't believe it!!! This has NEVER happened to us and when we went back there sure enough our payments were actually lowered by $130. In our minds - we were doing cart wheels and summer saults! Nothing but a wonderful experience for us. We believe the good things happen to good people!!! Thank you again Koons Annapolis!!! Friendly and Professional Customer Service After researching several different models of crossover vehicles, I was finally able to find the vehicle that fit the needs of my family in the Toyota After researching several different models of crossover vehicles, I was finally able to find the vehicle that fit the needs of my family in the Toyota Highlander. I couldn't have done as easily without the help of the friendly and knowledge staff at Koons Annapolis Toyota. It can be tough trying to find the right vehicle considering that there are a lot of similarities between them all. But Emanuel gave me the pros and cons of each vehicle, which made my decision easy. For example, one vehicle that I was seriously interested in did not offer the same level of fuel efficiency and maintenance protection as the Highlander. He pointed out that I could get the same level of style and electronic features with a few upgrade at a more reasonable price for the short and long-term with owning the Highlander. I truly appreciated that insight of all similar vehicles from him. Emanuel along with Viktor and Suheil finance support with find the right payment plan made my experience a really good one. After some troubling experiences with other Toyota dealers, I called Koons Toyota of Annap My wife and I visited Koons Toyota of Annapolis last week. After some troubling experiences with other Toyota dealers, I called Koons Toyota of Annapolis and spoke with Neal Barrett. Right off the bat, I knew this dealer would be the place we would purchase our next vehicle. Neal was nothing short of awesome and helped provide avenues for getting a good discount with our new car purchase. Neal eased our mind that they had plenty of inventory for the model and options we were looking for with a Highlander. The negotiation of the vehicle took less than 30 minutes with Neal and his manager, Scott Snyder, who was extremely willing and ready to listen to our price point and needs. We shook on a price and within 30 mins, we were with the Finance team. Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan were outstanding as well. They provided all our options for payments and rates, along with optional add-ons, which we agreed we needed with our new vehicle. They were easy to deal with and were not pressuring us for upsells and truly wanted to know what we needed and whether it was necessary for our needs. I can go on and on, but this is the type of dealer everyone needs to experience to truly enjoy the new car buying experience. We enjoyed the experience so much so, that I've already relayed the wonderful experience to my father, who would like to purchase a new Toyota Camry and we will be visiting Neal and Scott very soon!
