Please do not second guess yourself or think it can not happen to you. And the total wait time for the MIRACLE EXPERIENCE was 4 hours. They have a large selection to choose from and everyone was very accommodating in a friendly environment. The process went smoothly and he encouraged me to choose the car that fit best with my lifestyle. Over in the Finance department, Viktor Beshidze could not have been better! He answered all of my calls and emails right away and was very helpful, patient, positive, and informative. He worked tirelessly to allow me to purchase the car I loved at an affordable price and gave me some great advice as well! I had no idea about cars until my salesperson Neal Barret was so kind to walk me through everything until i had a clear understanding. He was so knowledgeable and professional i was blown away with his experience it made me feel comfortable and relaxed with what he was recommending me and met my car needs. This purchase was way better than my previous one because my financial service provider Viktor Beshidze was really helpful by explaining and working with me every step of the way, until we had a good deal he didn't let me leave without being satisfied of my purchase thank you so much for baring with me and answering every question i had, you got me such a GREAT DEAL!! Overall the staff was very nice attentive. I definitely recommend this dealer and will be going back for future purchases!!! More

It was close to closing time, so I had to come back next day. Due to a medical issue, Henry referred us the Brent. Came in the next day Brent was waiting for us. Had stuff read . He expedited everything when and where we could. Brent help get some upgrades I wanted as well. They didnt have what I wanted in Stock, but was able to get for me. One big issue. They asked for a security check: outright lie (possibly illegal). They were running a credit check to use thier finances, despite the fact I had my own. Had a few words with manager. Hopefully now they will be honest with potential customers and ask to run prior to doing it on thier own Victor was awesome at final processing and extended warranty and service plan. Maggie in service was awesome. Again at closing time. Brought my vehicle in to have upgrades installed. They only had a Carroll as a rental (no one over 6'2" will fit in). Sadly this is majority of thier rental fleet. However. The next morning they had a larger vehicle and quickly change them for me. Maggie was able to help clarify the timeline in the install of my upgrades. I had somw other things going on that morning, how ever i left and called back. Once again Maggie was great at taking her time to clearly explain everything. All my upgrades were installed and vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. Brent followed up once everything was done. Overall the whole process was good. Aside from the 2 issues, rather smooth. I would recommend buying from Koons of annaoplis. More
