As a 20 year old walking into a dealership not many people would approach me or take me seriously. But Vin did, he approached me and helped me every step of the way, leading to a purchase. Like i said, i visited a few dealers on the way to this dealership (As this one is an hour away from me), and none of the staff took me seriously. As i said, Vin was professional, honest, and helped me every step of the way, even going so far as to call me after I purchased my car making sure everything was fine and I was happy! 10/10 would recommend this dealership and especially Vin! Vin and the entire team is extremely responsive and can make things happen on very tight time frames (e.g. they were able to find and secure an automobile and get it to the dealership in a 24 hour turnaround -- above and beyond). In addition, the whole experience in getting through paperwork etc. is kept very efficient and easy. Lastly, the service department has been fantastic over the past 3 years that I have been using them. Just a great place in all respects! More

I saw a 2018 Silverado I liked at Sullivan's Northwest Hills Dealership. I made an appointment and met with Vin Kjersgaard. he had the vehicle I was looking at ready for view we talked a bit and took the vehicle for a ride. I was treated excellent by Mr. Kiersgaard answering all my questions and explaining things I wasn't aware of. We made the deal and I purchased the truck. I will pass along my positive experience with Northwest Hill and my salesman Vin Kjersgaard. Through this process I also met with Darren Schwartz who again treated me excellent explaining all my options to the financing of my new vehicle and after each option asking if I understood and had any questions before he moved on to the next part.
