After months of shopping for my Jeep I came across Pellegrino. This by far was the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I cannot rave enough about how professional these folks were. Anthony the manager was great getting in contact with me to set an appointment with Rich. Rich was outstanding!!! He took the time to listen about what I was looking for and had me test drive a few Jeeps listening to my feedback after each test drive. Once I picked out my Jeep he was very straight forward about the amount of my trade and the price of my Jeep. No fudging numbers to get me to the payment I was comfortable with. Vince was extremely fair with my trade in value he gave me a price that was more than reasonable. Brian the finance guy went over all my options for an extended warranty that is going to put me at ease for years to come and made sure my payment amount fit my budget. Steve and Patrick assisted with showing me how to operate my soft top. What a great team! Thank you all for your help! Especially Rich!!! Giant shout out to that man for making the process flawless! I have already spread the word to my Jeep Club as I posted my new Jeep on their Facebook page. I could write for hours about what an excellent experience I had, but it’s time to drive!
