I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Pellegrino! I contacted them via their website and within minutes I received a message back from the sales manager Vince Baldino. He was very responsive and worked quickly to get me in the next day to look at a vehicle I was interested in. When I came in I was greeted and introduced to Harry Goldberg. The rest of the afternoon I spent with Harry as he listed to my concerns and took interest in what I was looking for specifically. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart and worked very hard to match me with the right vehicle fit. I fell in love with a car I didn’t even know existed and it was within my price range that I insisted on with Harry. The rest of the process went so smoothly and effortlessly. I truly didn’t feel like just another number at the dealership. Harry was friendly, kind, and listed carefully to all of my concerns and questions. Harry even called me two days later just as a follow up call to see how everything was going and that truly meant a lot to me. I am very appreciative for Pellegrino in Woodbury Heights as I found my dream car within my budget! It was such a pleasure working with everyone from the dealership, including the finance manager and who went out of his way to come find me and introduce himself and explain everything in a way I could understand.
