Great experience! Vince and Seth were great to work with. Found a Jeep in Gainesville and they had it brought up the next day for us to look at. This is the way buying a car should be! After my wife found a vehicle she loved on the lot during some late night Black Friday shopping, I decided to work up a trade in deal on the vehicle. After my wife found a vehicle she loved on the lot during some late night Black Friday shopping, I decided to work up a trade in deal on the vehicle. One message sent to Vince Edwards got the ball rolling. He made sure I was kept up to date on his schedule, and even brought in Rick Fergusson to help out. Our discussions of pricing, vehicle trade value, and 'out the door' numbers were the smoothest I have ever experienced. All parties understood one another and I never felt like I was having to play a game to get a fair deal for both parties. After closing the first deal in what I can say was most likely record time, we started a second deal on a different vehicle and it went just as smoothly. My wife and I left the dealership with two excellent pre-owned vehicles and feeling like we were able to reach a sound financial decision for our family. From sales, to financing, to customer service, we had nothing short of an amazing experience. Five stars all around! More

I hate pushy salesman!! Not here!! I had an appointment scheduled. I was greeted as I walked up. Ryan Cramer and Vince Edwards answered all my questions and I had lots of them!!
