On a trip south to Yuma no other dealer in Reno or Carson wanted to help or try with westork me in. I called Kevin and he said he would check what he could do. This was on a Thursday. That after noon he called back and said I was in luck they had the part and they would see me on Monday, at 8:00 sharp! I was there and they fixed the DEF regen Hester and had me out by noon! What customer service! Derrida and Kevin should be praised for their customer service and commitment to Ford.
