Vince Jr. is an excellent sales rep. He was very personable an accommodating. He customized me vehicle purchase to my needs and budget. He and the entire serv is an excellent sales rep. He was very personable an accommodating. He customized me vehicle purchase to my needs and budget. He and the entire service staff made me feel comfortable without the typical sales pressure. Vince provided electronic notifications and document transfers that made my final financing visit less than 30 minutes from office to out the door (yes, less than 30 minutes). He also arranged an individual one-to-one driving technology tutorial with the dealership’s trained technician. I will be a life long Mercedes member. More
