Dealership was friendly and all business. Asked for a quote by email, they sent it right away, as opposed to some dealerships that make you jump through unnecessary hoops. Sales manager Mike Romano was quote by email, they sent it right away, as opposed to some dealerships that make you jump through unnecessary hoops. Sales manager Mike Romano was very helpful and understanding when changed our mind on color we wanted and helped find our car quickly. We were able to start processing much of paperwork by email and phone prior to coming in to sign, which made it very professional and easy. Salesman Vinny Napolino was friendly, and did a thorough job processing the papers, adding the Kia and Android Auto apps to our phone and explaining how many of the features on the vehicle worked before we drove away. Finance man Chris Acevedo processed the papers quickly and did not waste time once we politely declined extra car or tire warranties. All the papers were correctly filled out also, not always a given. This is one of, if not the, best dealers I've dealt with in 25 years of buying cars. I will be recommending them to all my friends, family and colleagues, even if not initially looking for a Kia! More
