In the Kia review request, I am asked to give a review in a minimum of 15 words, I didn't need that many words... I have dealt with many dealerships in my lifetime and most times you get boilerplate language and service. I would say without question, that my wife, my twins who joined us on our first visit to this Ki most times you get boilerplate language and service. No one answers the phone at this service center. Then to get an appointment for a battery takes a week & there are no lonwe cars available. I'm sorry I ever left Honda & went with Kia. I shouldn't even have issues with a brand new car (never happened with Honda & now 2 kia's have issues) & customer service couldn't give a single xxxx about customer service but has the xxxxx to send surveys.
