He scheduled and appointment for 7:30a. I was informed prior to setting appointment service would only take 2-3 hours but after canceling work and driving 1 hour in traffic this guy told me I was informed prior to setting appointment service would only take 2-3 hours but after canceling work and driving 1 hour in traffic this guy told me they have to keep the car at least a day. I was blindsided and had no other transportation alternative. Very unprofessional, poor communication and zero accountability. More
