Ridiculous part prices My 2011, 22k Miles SL550 was prepped before purchase (from Helms Brothers) beautifully, but the protective application was placed on the PLASTIC FRAMI My 2011, 22k Miles SL550 was prepped before purchase (from Helms Brothers) beautifully, but the protective application was placed on the PLASTIC FRAMING on either side of the rear window, producing a cosmetic discoloration. Excellent service rep Vincent Vetere took photos and sent to MBCorporate returning the news that the protective coating DOESN’T apply to plastic parts, only metal painted parts. Cost to replace two PLASTIC REAR WINDOW FRAMES just short of $450. More

Went in for an inspection $83 later for windshield wipers that were allegedly old, I left. I replaced the wipers myself in September 2017 and the car hasn't been driven much s $83 later for windshield wipers that were allegedly old, I left. I replaced the wipers myself in September 2017 and the car hasn't been driven much since then. After waiting quite a bit of time, I was presented with "findings", which included new wipers at a cost of $50 something for the wipers and $30 something for installation. I was told the car wouldn't pass inspection without the wipers being replaced. The wipers were not bad since (1) I know when I replaced them and (2) I used them that morning on the way to the dealership. There is a reason why I stay away from dealerships for service and this is it in a microcosm. Lesson learned. More

Rallye review When ever i see a person driving down the road in a car that says courtesy vehicle in the back window, I cant help but to feel embarrassed for the cus When ever i see a person driving down the road in a car that says courtesy vehicle in the back window, I cant help but to feel embarrassed for the customer and shame for the dealer who finds it necessary to advertise to the world that this customers car is in the shop being worked on. Not good optics!!! People dont think of simple maintenance when they see a loner car, they think the car is in the shop for a major repair (Making it appear that their cars are unreliable). It doesn't matter if its an oil change or not, it just doesnt look good. PERIOD!!! Thats one of the many reasons why I like Rallye. They dont embarrass me by advertising their loner car program at my expense. Nobody needs to know my car is in the shop but me. Rallye is the best dealer just based on this alone, not to mention the excellent service. I wish i can remember the names of all the people that helped me. They were all nice, so “thanks to everyone”. More
