My wife and I have been buying and leasing cars for more than 30 years. Our last few have been Land Rovers, Infinitis, BMWs and Cadillacs. He was truly professional from a test drive, to having the car we were interested in brought over from their storage area, to being super knowledgeable about the car. I happen to mention that we were interested in a different wheel option and Evan quickly found that they had one in stock that had just arrived which was why it was not yet on their web site. This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. My cousin referred me to Trentino, and we spoke over the phone on a Friday and made arrangements to meet the following week at some point. Trentino was very kind, respectful and most important not pushy. My schedule opened up so I decided to visit the dealership on Monday evening. Trentino wasn’t able to see me that evening due to a delivery but he left me in good hands with Evan. My wife and I were able to test drive the vehicle and feel in love with the suv. I told Evan the options I needed and he was able to show us the vehicle on the computer. I narrowed it down to 3 models and went home to sleep on it. The next day I narrowed it down to two models then called Trentino. We discussed the numbers and came to agreement early Tuesday afternoon. They said the car would be ready for my pickup the following day and it was. Trentino and Evan made the entire process seamless. I’m still in disbelief. No bait and switch. Absolutely perfect!
