Vinnie called us now 2019 that volvo had a program to vinnie cubito our salesman back in march of 2017 gave us a great deal to lease a 2017 s60 t5. Vinnie called us now 2019 that volvo had a program to pay off the remaining lease payments early and give us the new 2019 s60 t5 for just a few dollars more than we were paying. We made a appt to come see him and what he told us on the phone was actually what the program was. The rest of the staff at western volvo is very friendly and knowledgeable (especially the young girls at reception who helped my wife download the volvo app as us older people are dinosaurs when it comes to cell phones and apps. One final note i have been leasing cars for 40 years and the same salesman is never at the dealership when i return for a new car after 3 years, vinnie has been there for 17 years which tells us the owner knows how to treat their salespeople so they never leave. very unique in the car business. Danny helped me and showed me all the features of the volvo and answered any questions l had without trying to sell me that day, which was nice. I came back ready to make a decision and Vinny helped me out since Danny was busy. He also was kind and we went on a test drive. We told him what we wanted and he worked with us and finance quickly. We got a Volvo x60 that we picked up a few days later and Danny showed me how to set and work the car. The teamwork at this dealer was great! The coffee and drinks offered while waiting was nice.
