I had always liked Volvos but wanted to give every car manufacturer in the midsize SUV category a chance. After many back and forth between Volvo and other manufactures we ended up with my first choice. One of the deciding factors in going with Weston Volvo was the customer service experience with Vinnie Cubito and Claudia Garcia. They were both very knowledgeable about their cars and we're not very pushy with a sales tactics. They allowed us to test drive the various models that we were interested in multiple times before making a final decision. They were extremely patient with her indecisiveness. In the end, I ended up buying a car that I love with a lot of the functions that I desired. I highly recommend Weston Volvo and in particular Vinnie, who we interacted with the most for the customer service experience and knowledge. More

He kept in contact with me for the two months leading up to delivery of my vehicle, and checked daily on the cars’ location during transport. Vinny was dedicated to providing me with the latest and most up-to-date information. When my car finally Arrive, he came to work almost 5 hours earlier just to ensure that he was there to personally hand me the keys to my new Volvo XC 90. He didn’t just hand me the keys and rush off to another customer, he stayed with me and explained every detail every setting and every feature of my new car. Terrible I bought a new Volvo XC60 December 2015. There should have been 3 year free Maintenance Program, but at the Service Desk they told me that they have m I bought a new Volvo XC60 December 2015. There should have been 3 year free Maintenance Program, but at the Service Desk they told me that they have made the first Service for the car in January 2015 and the Maintenance has been expired?!! I told them that I have bought the car as a new car and December 2015 and there are no such clause on the Sale Agreement, which says that I don't have that 3 year Maintenance Program. The Service Desk Manager told me that it's my problem to sort it out what the seller has done wrong??!! I ask him that would it be easier for him to sort it out inside Weston Volvo. He said that he will not do it. That is my first - and last Volvo. More
