They were very straightforward, no games or hassles. Vinnie walked me thru every single feature of the xc60, very patient and thorough. JC handled the financing and was just as thorough and was able to get me a great rate, right within my budget. I will definitely be coming back for my next car, just hope these guys are still around when the time comes! More
