He then walked me to the finance department and again Paul Leahy had everything ready for me to sign. He was extremely cordial, explained everything I was signing and than walked me back to showroom. I was in the dealership less than 2 hours and this made leasing a vehicle a stress free and pleasurable experience. Went in to DCH this weekend and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. I went in with my whole family (my wife, my 3 yearold daughter and 15 month old son). We then worked with Pete Magrino who was very kind and wanted to help us as much as possible with deals and future plans for the car. While I was at the dealership, I also encountered other very friendly staff members... one Salesperson gave me a goodluck pin and made me a hot chocolate; another one taught me how to move the seats to make more room for the trunk and how all the seat belts worked.
