Vinny was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I gave him an idea of a car I am interested and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. The day I came in to pick up the car he made sure it had a full tank and introduced me to the mechanic to ensure if I need any help in maintenance I know who to go to. Following this I was introduced to Pete Magrino in finance who was also very detailed and knowledgable in explaining what finance options I have. He made me feel comfortable knowing my options for things like GAP and other insurances I could get for the car. Overall my experience was great because I had the pleasure of working with Vinny and Pete. Leaving the dealership in my scion xd I knew I would have zero buyers remorse because it was a zero pressure type of environment. I can't thank DCH Freehold Toyota enough for their helpful employees. Vinny Vitolo is wonderful. This is my second purchase from Vinny and DCH. I recently went in for service of my 2009 Prius and popped over to say hi to Vinny. He showed me the PriusV and I ended up leav from Vinny and DCH. I recently went in for service of my 2009 Prius and popped over to say hi to Vinny. He showed me the PriusV and I ended up leaving with it the same day. There was no pressure and I got a great deal. I will not hesitate to recommend Vinny to my friends and colleagues. Pete Magrino, the Finance Manager was very good also. DCH is like a well oiled machine - they all work together to make sure that you leave their dealership happy, which I most certainly did. When we were interested in the Rav4 we went to see it in Freehold and was very inpressed with the sales departmet and since we love the service department, we brought the car there.
