My husband and I needed an upgrade from our Mazda3 we sold a month ago. We were promised a few sales representatives, but they were unavailable. When we reached the dealership ( recommended by a friend who also purchased a car recently from Moore Mazda), Violet and her cheerful personality made us want a car that day. We were determined coming in to leaving with a Mazda CX-50 Premium. She was a very new sales representative, but continued to help us. As a person working in sales, I can relate. My job on a daily basis entitles lot of talking to customers, making sales, status quota to meet. I knew right away she was a first timer, but that really didn't bother us. She was very knowledgeable of what she knew. She drove the Mazda CX50 model back to the lot and had us test drive it. I must say the service and need at Moore was above and beyond! I would love to say, my husband left smiling and our kids are very happy with our new SUV. Thank you again Violet and Moore Mazda dealership for your help! More

The actual model we purchased is currently in transit, and she is making sure it will arrive as soon as possible.
