The wait was worth it. I love my new IS 350. Virginia is an excellent salesperson, detail oriented and most of all, great customer service skills- a gift that sadly some sales ppl lack. I purchased my first Lexus, a GX 460, from Lexus of Melbourne in 2011. Because we live about 100 miles from the dealership I was concerned that it would eventually become problematic. For the next 10 Melbourne in 2011. Because we live about 100 miles from the dealership I was concerned that it would eventually become problematic. For the next 10 years Lexus of Melbourne picked up and delivered the vehicle for all maintenance, with out a problem. On time, every time. I used to joke with Mike Retz, my service consultant, now retired that when I purchased my next car it would be from Lexus of Melbourne and it would be because of him. I did and it was. My new purchase, a LX 570, was handled by Virginia Poole who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She was kind, caring and a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to the next 10 year service relationship with Lexus of Melbourne. More
