We had leased a car from Patrick before in 2015 and received excellent attention so of course we returned to him for another vehicle. New MDX Purchase I met with Pat to look for a 2018 MDX which in October was non-existent! I placed my order and within a week he had found one and we just needed to be I met with Pat to look for a 2018 MDX which in October was non-existent! I placed my order and within a week he had found one and we just needed to be patient in it's arrival. I was kept up to date on where my new MDX was and when it arrived. I added extras on it and when I went to go pick it up everything was done. This was a seamless process from start to finish and I would and will do it again when I am in need of another vehicle. I started by speaking with Steve Rotanda (Sales Manager) over the phone and email. He provided very direct and honest feedback and was not in a hurry as I asked him a ton of questions. He provided me with a competitive price and talked through the Lease vs. Purchase options with me. Oakey Okuma was my salesman and he was patient and detailed with my questions about the entire line of Acura vehicles as well as previous models. I spoke with all 3 dealerships in town and decided to work with Tempe because of their non-pushy attitude, and Private ownership (versus corporate owned). This dealership was the furthest away from me and still ended up being the obvious choice. I highly recommend Acura of Tempe for your purchasing needs. More
