Vitalie is a nice sales person he knows what hes doing The problem is the product that i got has a factory defects on the cosmetics been in the body shop so many time just to fix those defects that i saw n The problem is the product that i got has a factory defects on the cosmetics been in the body shop so many time just to fix those defects that i saw nit just one day in the body shop as a matter of fact explorer still in the body shop been there for 3days already not finish yet,i spoke to the body shop manager he told me that the part that they ordered from ford has a damage,that parts is i think the 3rd parts that they oredered but still has defects!So,im gonna wait till next week again!i am so disappointed !!!!!brand new car but kept going back in fort to the body shop that is not the first time in the body shop,dealership didnt even offer me a loaner car!!!!my frustartion is too much so disappointed!i’m planning to return that is xplorer i am really disappointed not happy anymore!!!after that defects what is next?imagine brandnew car kept going back in fort in the shop!!!!my payment is ontime my god!!!!!i will talk to the manager first and tell him that im going to return the car im so disappointed already! More
