Lost transmission, new truck My wife and I were in Orlando for a conference and I lost the transmission on my 2010 F150. We had it towed to Tropical ford late on a Saturday after My wife and I were in Orlando for a conference and I lost the transmission on my 2010 F150. We had it towed to Tropical ford late on a Saturday afternoon. Carlos took my truck in and promised to get a diagnosis and call me on Monday. He called me with the diagnosis and an estimate for repair. Unfortunately, it was the end of my beloved truck. Carlos introduced us o Vitali. They were very understanding to our situation and Vitali was able to find a great deal on a used F150. It was one of the easiest deals I have ever done and felt I was treated fairly and informed from day one. We will definitely be back to Tropical for other car purchases. We live too far away to utilize their service department but I was very happy with the way they treated me as well. More

All employees are very friendly Took my F-150 in for a tire replacement and it took longer than they said it would, but everyone was super friendly in the service department.
