This dealership does a very good job of taking care of its customers. I bought a BMW from here in November. I was guaranteed 2 oil changes and a tire rotation. I live over an hour away and commuted for these services. Though it is a drive, it is worth it. I appreciate the video of the inspection, the drink machine, and the car wash with my service. More

The overall experience was very good. Manager: Eric was also very helpful and accommodating. I was disappointed when we went to leave with the vehicle, as during the walk through I noti Manager: Eric was also very helpful and accommodating. I was disappointed when we went to leave with the vehicle, as during the walk through I noticed that there was a half dollar size dent/damage to the lower section of the rear passenger side door that must have happened during prep. I have to bring it back for repair and I do live 35 miles away. But Eric said it would be corrected and would make an appointment about the 1st week in March. More
