The overall experience of all Natick dealers with CPO was 4 starts. But I have 5 Starts experience with Jonny Pham who was a Product Specialist. Jonny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and used words/ 4 starts. But I have 5 Starts experience with Jonny Pham who was a Product Specialist. Jonny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and used words/terminology anyone could understand. Jonny took the time to go through all the options and how to use them. By the end of my training, I was already an expert on vehicle. Jonny was quick to respond to texts and phone calls when I had a few more questions, even on face call to tell me how to handle it. I have bought several cars over the years. Many of them Mercedes. So when the dealer suggested I sit with Johnny to review the features of my new GLE I was hesitant. Well after 2 hours I feel Many of them Mercedes. So when the dealer suggested I sit with Johnny to review the features of my new GLE I was hesitant. Well after 2 hours I feel I need more. He is so thorough and I learned so much about the features of the car I scheduled a second appointment. You have to meet with Johnny if you want to maximize your experience of driving your new car.
