Happy to come back to Ford! Just purchased a new Ford Explorer smiling all the way home! Vito was AWESOME to work with!! ... very easy going, no pressure, no gimmicks, just a Just purchased a new Ford Explorer smiling all the way home! Vito was AWESOME to work with!! ... very easy going, no pressure, no gimmicks, just attentive and efficient customer service. I also test drove an Edge, but 3rd row seating won me over. ROAD TRIP! Shane had the contract ready in no time, no sales pressure as we discussed extended warranties and other options. With kids and pets in New England weather, it made sense to add the Simoniz treatment to protect the paint and interior. They even offered a free rear cargo protector! After a few past trials with Toyota and Honda, it's clear my FAMILY drives FORD; this is our 5th purchase at Colonial. More

No regrets! Stopped by to take a look at a vehicle we had seen online - found it easily on the lot.
