I've always been enthusiastic about cars, my lifelong favorite being the classic 4th-Gen Toyota Supra. Pre-sale, over the phone, Shannon was extremely courteous and helpful in answering our questions related to our current/expiring lease. Vitor Vernalha was so laid back and sure of himself. He did not get “pushy” or eager which probably would have made me walk out. He was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us.
