I've always been enthusiastic about cars, my lifelong favorite being the classic 4th-Gen Toyota Supra. Pre-sale, over the phone, Shannon was extremely courteous and helpful in answering our questions related to our current/expiring lease. She then seamlessly handed us off to Vitor for the sales process. Vitor and helpful in answering our questions related to our current/expiring lease. Both sales reps were extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. Jim in the Finance dept was also personable and professional. Vitor Vernalha was so laid back and sure of himself. He did not get “pushy” or eager which probably would have made me walk out. He was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us.
