I don't recall meeting Brad. Vlad was terrific, when I could not get ANY satisfaction from another dealer, Vlad stepped in, explained the process and got the car I wanted. The Vlad was terrific, when I could not get ANY satisfaction from another dealer, Vlad stepped in, explained the process and got the car I wanted. The ONLY hang up in the process was the very frustrating wait for delivery of the vehicle once it reached port in Oakland, just 24 miles away. I took nearly two months for the vehicle to make its way to SF Porsche. I realize that this was out of the hands of SF Porsche however have to believe that something could be done to expedite the process. More

Amazing customer service, I went in for a non-Porsche vehicle they had in stock, and I was treated with the same care as if I was buying a Porsche. The people who helped were very professional, and genui vehicle they had in stock, and I was treated with the same care as if I was buying a Porsche. The people who helped were very professional, and genuinely friendly. Shout out to Joe, Vlad, Brian, and Leah! Vlad even went above and beyond by helping me go to my place to get my checkbook; not every dealership would do that. I really appreciated that and felt well taken care by everybody in the company. Definitely recommend it and they have a great facility where they have a full coffee bar, pastries, and more. Thanks again to all of you! More
