Great Second Mile Customer Service My 2018 Colorado had several electrical issues which were difficult to diagnose, trace and correct. My service representative was Vladimir Kochubey, and throughout the long process involving multiple visits, he was always first rate in every respect. He is very smart, a great communicator, has a good heart, and always goes above and beyond my expectations for good service. He was able to effectively and articulately communicate with the technicians and stay involved with the process so that in the end, the truck came back completely corrected. I'm not a young man, and this is the best dealer service experience I've ever had! More

communication and response issues Volt had battery malfunction, could not even get it started, towed to Jim Ellis. Paul was responsive but couldn't get answers on when all parts would Volt had battery malfunction, could not even get it started, towed to Jim Ellis. Paul was responsive but couldn't get answers on when all parts would be delivered from the factory, took a full 10 days before finally had to get a loaner for another 3 weeks because the last part never showed up. Paul could not even get a confirmation of when it would arrive, He was just was told any day now also left voice messages and sometimes took hours or next day to get a reply- i assume Paul could not get a decent answer from the factory. as for final repairs which took about a month the car seems to be in great shape s far, alos i would have thought it would have been washed and inside windows and front area cleaned before it was finished thanks, More
